(iii) E(d): the probability that the final digit of a RFN is d. (iv) (a)b: the integer a reduced modulo the integer b. (v) b \a: the integer b divides the integer a {{a)h = 0). Distribution of the First Digits of Fibonacci Numbers
In a recent paper [1] , J. L. Brown, Jr., and R. L, Duncan showed that the sequence *{ QnFn I is uniformly distributed modulo 1 (u.d. mod 1), where c/7 denotes the natural logarithm and Fn is the/? Fibonacci number. In this paper we show that some modifications of these ideas have some interesting consequences concerning the distribution of the first digits of the Fibonacci numbers. This also a...
متن کاملEnergy of Graphs, Matroids and Fibonacci Numbers
The energy E(G) of a graph G is the sum of the absolute values of the eigenvalues of G. In this article we consider the problem whether generalized Fibonacci constants $varphi_n$ $(ngeq 2)$ can be the energy of graphs. We show that $varphi_n$ cannot be the energy of graphs. Also we prove that all natural powers of $varphi_{2n}$ cannot be the energy of a matroid.
متن کاملCoefficient Bounds for Analytic bi-Bazileviv{c} Functions Related to Shell-like Curves Connected with Fibonacci Numbers
In this paper, we define and investigate a new class of bi-Bazilevic functions related to shell-like curves connected with Fibonacci numbers. Furthermore, we find estimates of first two coefficients of functions belonging to this class. Also, we give the Fekete-Szegoinequality for this function class.
متن کاملOn the First Digits of the Fibonacci Numbers and Their Euler Function
Here, we show that given any two finite strings of base b digits, say s1 and s2, there are infinitely many Fibonacci numbers Fn such that the base b representation of Fn starts with s1 and the base b representation of φ(Fn) starts with s2. Communicated by Oto Strauch
متن کاملAn application of Fibonacci numbers into infinite Toeplitz matrices
The main purpose of this paper is to define a new regular matrix by using Fibonacci numbers and to investigate its matrix domain in the classical sequence spaces $ell _{p},ell _{infty },c$ and $c_{0}$, where $1leq p
